A delightful Spanish Country Villa overlooking the Mediterranean in the attractive village of 'Alcocebre' - Alcala de Xivert. The Villa is situated in a conservation area close to magnificent sandy beaches, about two and half-hours south of Barcelona and an hour north of Valencia. |
| There are breathtaking sea views from the two
double bedrooms and from the spacious lounge or you can gaze at the
magnificent mountain views from the twin bedroom making your holiday one
to remember.
The
Villa is located very close to a local shop, where you can buy your
holiday essentials including hot fresh bread baked daily during the
summer. Walking in the
surrounding area, with fantastic scenery and beautiful seaside walks
through open countryside has to be recommended, as this is a truly
Mediterranean experience, pebble beaches, beautiful clear blue sea and all
within a few hundred yards of the Villa! If
you want to explore why not try the miles of clean quiet sandy beaches
situated only a few minutes away, drive into the mountains for a taste of
traditional Spain or take a trip down to the attractive village of
Alcocebre (high rise free) with its shopping facilities, restaurants,
bars, marina for water sports; sailing, sub aqua etc, tennis and nearby
golf course. Our Family Villa has three bedrooms, one twin and two doubles with fitted wardrobes, and a separate fully fitted kitchen. There is a balcony to the master bedroom overlooking the sea, and the lounge has a large patio where you can enjoy your alfresco breakfast. In front of the patio is a large swimming pool and a paved area to play and sun yourself on, making it the perfect home from home We are very lucky with our climate in this area of Spain, with temperatures around 18 degrees centigrade in the winter and 30 in the summer months, see the table below. The Panoramica Golf & Country Club, designed by Bernhard Langer, is a 700-yard, par 18 hole course only 40 minutes away to the north. The club de Campo del Mediterraneo

40 minutes to the south near Castellon. Tennis, watersports, horse riding,
cycling are all available within the local community..
